This beautiful table from the Biedermeier period (ca. 1815-1848) is characterised by its timeless elegance and high level of craftsmanship. Made from solid cherry wood, it combines functionality with a clear, simple aesthetic that is typical of this era.

Special features:

  • Double drawers: A drawer on the front and another on the long side offer practical storage space and emphasise the functionality of this table.
  • Dovetail joints: The high-quality dovetail galvanising on the drawers is evidence of the precision craftsmanship and attention to detail that has gone into this piece of furniture.
  • Unique colour tone: The table has been treated with dark shellac, which gives it a particularly warm, brown colour. This rare colouring sets it apart from other Biedermeier pieces and makes it unique.

Care instructions:

As the surface has been finished with high-quality shellac, it is more sensitive to scratches and liquids. It is recommended that the surface is carefully protected, for example with coasters and regular care with a soft, dry cloth. However, we have a relative target audience that has not necessarily ever bought antiques before. But today's zeitgeist is increasingly moving away from mass-produced items without soul and spirit and more towards time-honoured, handcrafted objects.

      This is where we come in. Because of their age, our clientele usually wants uncomplicated but timeless furniture. Slim and not bulky. Easy to combine with modern elements. Warm colours and quality material like oak or walnut. We buy our goods according to these aspects. If you like this selection, you should definitely visit us.

      I would like to sell dsa something, how exactly do I manage that?

      You will find all the information you need under the menu item "Purchase". We have to reject most of what is offered to us. We have a certain style that we would like to offer our customers, 90% of the offered goods do not fit into it. But maybe yours does, an enquiry costs nothing and will be answered in any case.

      Do I have to buy the goods if I don't like them?

      No, absolutely not. It is more important to us that you are satisfied. You would have to pay for the return shipment. However, we will organise it for you.

      Can I also reserve something without obligation?

      Of course. You can make a reservation via email, Whatsapp or by phone.

      We would like to rent something for a certain time, is that possible?
