Return your product because you have changed your mind Please return your item within 30 days, unused and in its original condition (including all tags and labels intact) with proof of purchase. We will grant you an exchange or refund provided your returned product complies with our terms and conditions.


If a fault occurs with your product within 7-10 days of purchase, please return it with proof of purchase and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price. Please deactivate all security functions and remove your personal data. After 10 days, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.


All orders are processed within 48 hours and are on their way from our warehouse abroad. Orders placed after 48 hours can therefore not be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order that has been processed or delivered to you, please note that a restocking fee of 15 % will be applied to the original price of your order and the return process must be completed within 48 hours. If you change your mind about an order delivered to you and wish to cancel, please note that you must return the item to us within 7 days in its original packaging and in good condition. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will refund you in full


The following products are not eligible for exchange or refund (unless they are faulty or not as described):

Products that you received more than 14 days ago Products that have been opened or unsealed (unless this is necessary for inspection) Products without original packaging or labels Products or packaging in poor condition Products that contain your personal data or have been registered by the manufacturer Opened gift cards, CDs or records Perishable goods that contain food (e.g. gift baskets) or have an expiry date. Living plants and trees (including live Christmas trees) Computer software that has been opened or redeemed If a product has been personalised for you or made to your specific measurements Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: Pierced earrings Face coverings Swimwear (where the hygiene seal has been removed) Lingerie briefs and adhesive bras Bed linen Mattresses (unless specified in a supplier promotion) Beauty products Toilet seats and brushes Personal care products (such as electric shavers, breast pumps) Please note that we cannot process refunds if you return products that fall outside of our returns policy or if you do not have proof of purchase. Therefore, please keep your receipt or order confirmation.


It can take up to 5 to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account. If you do not receive your refund within 5 days, please contact us. To arrange a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned to us without first being sent back will not be accepted.
