Shipping destinations and delivery times:

Switzerland: Delivery generally takes up to 21 days. Smaller items are sent by post. Larger Objects directly from us or by forwarding agent.

Abroad: Shipping worldwide is possible on request. We are proud that even customers from America or South Korea are enthusiastic about our furniture and are enjoying it right now on site.

Shipping costs: Free of charge within Switzerland. (In rare cases it is simply not possible to offer free shipping, in which case this is clearly stated in the offer. However, in 99.9% of cases, shipping is free).

If your order has still not arrived after 20 days, please contact us. We will then initiate an investigation with dhl and dpd.

Environmentally friendly packaging:

We reuse old cardboard boxes. This means that we collect cardboard boxes from large companies and reuse them for shipping. Unfortunately, we still have to wrap larger parcels in plastic so that the items inside arrive intact.

Returns:

It is very important to us that you are satisfied. That is why we are happy to take the items back. We can organise the return for you, but there will be a charge for this which we will inform you of.
