For our deliveries we mainly use dhl and dpd, a reliable and efficient choice.

dress change:

Has your order not yet been dispatched? You can change the delivery address by sending us an email to info@bevintage.ch. If your order has already been dispatched, please enquire with dhl and dpd via the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation whether a redirection is possible.

Lost or delayed orders:

If your order has still not arrived after 20 days, please contact us. We will then initiate an investigation with dhl and dpd.

Environmentally friendly packaging:

We treat Mother Earth with care and minimise the use of plastic. We do not use plastic spouts in our bottles and encourage our customers to reuse the spouts on their next purchase.

Returns:

Returns are possible within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are returned in their original packaging and "as new". Proper packaging is half the battle, especially for olive oil and glass containers. Unfortunately, we cannot refund damaged parcels. Start your return by sending an e-mail to info@bevintage.ch.
